The Sweaka project emerged from the pressing need to tackle the challenges our clients face in their daily warehouse management. Our mission was to develop a cutting-edge solution that integrates the latest technological advancements by automating crucial processes like inventory management, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
Sweaka offers a full-featured web platform along with three dedicated mobile apps for warehouse management, delivering a complete and customized solution for users, whether they are delivery drivers, clients, or supervisors.

Tasks accomplished

Within the scope of the Sweaka project, our team tackled several crucial tasks to ensure its success:

  • Needs Analysis: In close collaboration with our clients, we thoroughly explored their specific warehouse management requirements. We spent time on-site, physically visiting their warehouses to understand their workflow cycles, thus identifying key challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Mockup Design: Once the requirements were clearly defined, we developed the mockup design for Sweaka. This stage included logo design, color selection, and interface design for both the web and mobile platforms. We ensured that Sweaka’s visual aspect reflected its efficiency and user-friendliness.
  • Design and Development: As soon as our clients approved the mock-ups and graphic design, we began designing and developing the Sweaka platform. Our goal was clear: to create a user-friendly interface with intuitive features and optimal performance for every interaction. We utilized the latest technologies to provide a powerful and flexible solution.
  • Testing and Validation: Before deployment, our team devoted significant efforts to rigorous testing. We thoroughly tested Sweaka, checking its operation in various scenarios and ensuring it met the highest quality standards. These tests enabled us to identify and address any potential issues, thereby guaranteeing the platform’s reliability and performance.
  • Deployment and Support: Once Sweaka was ready, we deployed it on secure cloud servers. We also offered our clients the flexibility to choose between a traditional license and a subscription, adapting our business model to their needs and preferences.
  • Social Media support: In addition to developing the Sweaka platform, we took charge of its social media promotion. We established dedicated Facebook and LinkedIn pages for Sweaka, consistently sharing insightful content, engaging videos, and updates on pivotal features and advancements. This strategy not only expanded our follower base but also sparked increasing interest in Sweaka.
